My minimum is $250. This price is unlikely for anything besides a business with a very simple SOP or a relatively easy-to-operate product in need of an end-user documentation.

Most SOPs and end-user documentation tend to be $1,000+. At a rate of $90 per hour, this cost reflects the research, documentation, meetings, writing, and revisions necessary to output the best writing possible.

Statistics don't lie; improper training and documentation reflects poorly on the company and has adverse effects on profits. Don't risk your documentation on less-skilled writers.
